My name is Markus Riker and I am the sous chef at the Grateful Crow. I am married (Beth) with two kids Charleigh and Peyton.
I have been working in kitchens since I was 12 years old starting in my families diner. I fell in love with cooking at an early age and have been in a kitchen ever since traveling the country learning everything I could. My favorite things to cook is anything with fish.
My hobbies include hunting, fishing, golf and baseball. In my spare time I'm usually hanging out with my family doing anything outdoors.
