Like many independent restaurants, we've felt the impact of rising costs, supply chain shifts, and the broader challenges facing the hospitality industry. These pressures touch every part of our food system — from local farmers and wine vendors to our staff and guests.

 

To help us respond to these changes while staying true to our values, we’re adding a 3% Sustainability Surcharge to all credit card transactions. This small charge supports the long-term health of our business and our community — allowing us to invest in local partnerships, ethical sourcing, and practices that help protect our planet, all without drastically changing our menu prices.
